cheap MW loops on ebay.

Post by daxi on Tue Mar 22, 2011 7:56 pm

I have always made my own loops, but having seen good reports (for example http://www.scanningtasmania.org/tecsun.html ) I decided to spend a few pounds & give a Tescun MW loop anatenna a go. I only recived it this morning & sods law of course says that my batteries need charging. But initial results are exellent. Signals jump from a SINPO of say all 2's to all 4's or even 5's. My signal meter has been jumping from no signal to about S9 in most cases & a full deflection in some instances.
These loops look neat enough to have sitting in any room & they seem to do the job & then some.
