A very interesting presentation tonight at the Southport & District ARC on SOTA. I would like to thank the guys and hope to start SOTA DX'ing in the first part of next year...

There are several other variations on SOTA.

IOTA

CASHOTA
http://cashota.org/

RAFARS does a activate an air field, past or present thing, plus there are weekends for activating
Windmills (Done it.)
Light houses. (Done it)
Power stations.
Fire Stations etc etc.

Don't try the Allergy therapy's there I once saw a documentary about how a British agent had to save the world from a mad allergy therapist who worked there.
